I have received a Supékort. What should I do?
To choose a gift, visit our website www.ordergift.se, enter your gift card code, and click "Redeem." You can find the gift card code in the lower right corner on the inside of the gift card. Select your desired gift and provide your delivery information. Verify that all the information is correct, then click "Confirm." Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation to your email address, please save it as a receipt!
In some cases, you can order using an included order form. Tear off the attached order form, fill in the desired product/delicacy, the delivery address for the items, your phone number, and the preferred delivery date (optional Wednesday or Thursday). Then, simply drop it in the nearest mailbox; the postage is prepaid! Keep the gift card!
How is the delivery done?
All orders are delivered by PostNord. Depending on the gift you choose, the delivery will be made to the address you selected or to the nearest agent. For delivery to your home address, it occurs on (non-holiday) Wednesday or Thursday between 08:00-16:00. There is no prior notice for delivery, and if no one is available to receive the package, it will be left outside the door without requiring a signature. Please note that if the entryway is locked, you must enter a door code or be at home to let in the mail carrier.
What is the delivery time?
For products in stock, delivery is made within 16 business days. If the product is not in stock, it will be delivered as soon as it becomes available. If you have chosen a gift that is shipped as a refrigerated product, it will be delivered on the preferred delivery date (non-holiday Wednesday or Thursday).
What happens if I'm not at home when the package arrives?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the package will be left outside the door, and no signature is required. Please note that if the entryway is locked, you must enter a door code or be at home to let in the carrier.
How long does my gift stay at the agent?
The package with your gift stays at the agent for two weeks. If you do not pick up your package within these two weeks, it will automatically be returned to us, and re-delivery will not be possible.
Can I redeem the gift card over the phone?
No, unfortunately, you cannot call us to place your order. You can redeem your gift card through www.ordergift.se or by using the included order form.
I cannot redeem my gift card; what should I do?
Double-check your gift card code and try again. If the problem persists, you are welcome to contact our customer service, and we will assist you.
Do I need to keep my gift card after ordering?
Yes, your gift card is a voucher, and your gift card code is the safest way for us to track your order.
Are there more products to choose from than what I see when I log in?
No, you can only choose from the products you see when you log in.
Can I change my gift choice after placing my order?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible.
I received the wrong product or a damaged product, what should I do?
Contact our customer service, and we will assist you in the best way. We can send a new product if it is in stock or allow you to choose a different product if your previously selected product is out of stock or discontinued. For the claim, we need a photo showing the damaged or incorrect product. Email the photo along with your gift card code or address to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know if my order has been registered?
You will receive an email with an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service promptly.
The gift I selected cannot be delivered?
Unfortunately, it may happen that the gift you chose cannot be delivered, this may be due to misleading inventory status, suitability for delivery, etc. If this occurs, you will have the opportunity to make a new selection and choose a different gift.
I haven't recieved my delivery, where is it?
If you have not received your delivery as planned, you can email our customer service at email@example.com. Include your gift card code or the address to which you ordered your gift, and we will contact the shipping company and initiate a trace of your delivery.
